Hello!
Let's get to know each other...
My name is Jessica, and I guide individuals towards finding balance, inner peace, and holistic well-being through the transformative power of yoga.
With a deep appreciation for the diverse aspects of yoga, I specialise in various styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and prenatal yoga. Each practice offers unique benefits, and I believe in tailoring my teachings to suit my students' needs and goals.
My yoga journey took a significant turn when I travelled to India in 2016 to pursue my dream of becoming a qualified yoga teacher. Immersed in the birthplace of yoga, I delved into its rich history, philosophy, and traditional teachings. This experience honed my skills and ignited a profound spiritual connection that continues to inspire my practice and education today.
Since then, I've dedicated myself to expanding my knowledge and expertise. I've undergone additional training in Australia and New Zealand, completing multiple 200-hour courses and a rigorous 300-hour training. These opportunities have allowed me to refine my skills, explore advanced techniques, and deepen my understanding of yoga's multifaceted aspects.
I am also qualified to teach prenatal yoga and as a new Mum, I have firsthand experience and a deep understanding of a mother's unique needs and challenges during pregnancy and the postnatal period. This personal journey has given me invaluable insight into prenatal and postnatal yoga's physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. I'm passionate about creating a safe and nurturing space where expectant mothers can connect with their bodies, bond with their babies, and find strength, tranquillity, and support. In addition to my yoga offerings, I am a women's circle facilitator. I believe in the power of collective wisdom, sacred sisterhood, and the healing potential of energy work. Through women's circles, I offer a supportive environment where women can gather, share their stories, empower one another, and embark on transformative journeys of self-discovery and growth.

As a full-time student at the University of Manchester, my studies in psychology beautifully intersect with my passion for yoga teaching. Psychology provides me with a deep understanding of the human mind, behaviour, and well-being, which enhances my ability to guide and support my yoga students. Through studying psychology, I gain valuable insights into human cognition, emotions, and behaviour. This knowledge allows me to create a yoga teaching approach grounded in evidence-based practices, fostering a deeper understanding of how yoga positively impacts mental and emotional well-being. I integrate psychological concepts, such as self-awareness, resilience, and stress reduction, into my yoga classes to enhance the transformative experience for my students.

My ultimate goal is to guide and empower individuals on their unique paths towards self-realisation, well-being, and inner harmony. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, I invite you to join me in exploring the profound benefits of yoga and holistic healing practices.
Thank you for visiting my website, and I look forward to meeting you on the mat, or in a women's circle soon.

I'm waiting to connect with you.
