Reiki
To heal the body and release stagnant energy
What is Reiki?

The word "Reiki" means "mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign." It comes from the Japanese words "rei" (universal) and "ki" (life energy). Reiki is a type of energy healing. Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body. It is a therapy often described as palm healing or hands-on-body healing in which a practitioner places their hands lightly on or over a clients body to facilitate a process of healing. One of the basic ideas held is that a vital life force energy can be channeled from the practitioner to the client to support the body's natural ability to heal itself. The best thing about Reiki is there are no side affects and it promotes deep relaxation and healing for the body and mind.

Reiki for general wellbeing

Reiki can be used to relax and strengthen your wellbeing; reduce pain, anxiety and fatigue. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure.
