What you need to know...

Now, more than ever, individuals and businesses are feeling the strain of 2020.  For many, this has caused significant impacts on mental health with limited resources to better the well-being of individuals. 

There are lots of free videos online, but I want to offer you more than that. I want to build a community of people with live videos and live interaction. A community where you can feel part of something, that's more than just pressing play on a pre-recorded video. 

Being part of a community plays such a vital role in our mental well-being, along with moving the body and taking time for YOU, I believe for just £25 a month you are making a lifetime investment where your future self will thank you. 

My promise to you is that with my years of yoga teaching experience, in-depth training and continues study in psychology, I will offer you the highest quality yoga, mindfulness and meditation classes along with monthly guest teachers offering workshops covering a variety of wellness topics. 

Online yoga classes can help with the following:

 

• If you are a beginner, it is a great way to learn alignment for your body, the names of the poses, meditation techniques, breathing techniques and yogic philosophy. 

• If you are intermediate or advanced, you can take your practice a step further and work on mastering challenging poses, going more in-depth with your meditation, learning traditional mantras, pranayama and more.

• Most sessions will centre around reducing stress and getting into a good sleep pattern.

  • Other sessions will centre around specific topics, e.g. balance and grounding so you can take what you learn off the mat and into your everyday lives.

• If you're recovering from an injury yoga can help with the process of healing. 

  • Get out of the thinking mind and into the moving body.  Move away from everyday distractions. Offer yourself some YOU time.

  • Build strength and flexibility.

  • Feel part of a growing community of other like-minded individuals. 

 

Classes will be daily Monday - Sunday

Class Duration: 60 minutes

Online meditation and mindfulness classes can help with the following:

 

Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. Many meditation practices and techniques encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. By engaging with a particular meditation practice you learn the patterns and habits of your mind.

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. 

Classes will be daily Monday - Sunday

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Online workshops with special guests:

Deepen your knowledge on some topics regarding wellness with special guests monthly. Workshops will range from yoga to meditation to positive talks.

How does it work?

Each month you will recieve an email with a timetable of classes and workshops with direct links and passwords. Classes run daily am and pm with a variety of styles covering many themes and topics.  

There will be a class for everyone looking to better their wellbeing. 

I will offer support seven days a week.
