Join Jessica for a "Yoga Flow and Power Bowls" event at Oats and Honey Café in Monton. This monthly event, beginning on Sunday, 25th February, is a fantastic way to enhance your Sunday mornings.

 

It is suitable for both beginner and intermediate-level yoga students.

This event will begin with a focus on breathwork and meditation (10 minutes), setting the tone for a more mindful and grounded yoga practice. Following this, Jessica will guide you through a Vinyasa Flow tailored to accommodate all levels (50 minutes).

 

After yoga, you will enjoy one of Oats and Honey's signature smoothie bowls. These delicious bowls, with fresh, nutritious ingredients, are a delight and a perfect complement to your yoga class.

'The Berry One' - Acai, mango, berries, banana, coconut milk

'The Green one' - Matcha, kale, pineapple, cucumber, ginger, agave, banana, coconut milk

'The Chocolate One' - Cacao, banana, peanut butter, agave, coconut milk

All served with deluxe granola, chia seeds, linseeds, Goji berries, sunflower seeds, dedicated coconut, fresh fruit
