Private Class Information:

Private classes can be customised to fit each individual's needs, experience, interests and level. They can be taught in the comfort of your home or even at the office.

Private classes can help with the following:

 

• If you are a beginner, it is a great way to learn proper alignment for your body shape and size, the names of the poses, basic meditation techniques, basic pranayama and yogic philosophy to begin. 

• If  you are intermediate or advanced, you can take your practice a step further and work on mastering difficult poses, going deeper with your meditation, learning traditional mantras, kriya techniques, pranayama and more.

• Private sessions can also center around reducing stress and getting into a good sleep pattern.

• Maybe you're recovering from an injury that needs yoga to help with the process of healing. 

Prices per hour may vary depending on location -

Class Duration: 60 minutes, (can be modified)

Don't feel like practicing solo?

 

Let's make it a duet! I have worked with couples, best friends and mother and daughter teams. Find a friend and I will create a dynamic semi-private session that addresses both people's needs.
